We are happy to offer a refund minus shipping charges, for merchandise received back by us within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
Items must be new, unused, and in re-sellable condition with tags. The original invoice should be included.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanhound.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please include the following in your email for refund:
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for returning the item(s)
- The Urban Hound order number(s)
Please securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. The cost to send back a return is covered by the customer. For approved defective items returned to us, the replacement shipping cost is covered by Urban Hound.
Shipping Fees and Risk of Loss
Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we have confirmed a defect or an error on our part. Risk of loss for return packages remains with the customer until the package is delivered to us; please consider using a trackable, insured carrier.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods by notifying us in writing at info@urbanhound.store. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law, typically to the original method of payment.
